A project manager/lead in Quality Management systems in a mature organization (CMMi L3 or higher)
Good understanding of IT engineering and PM techniques such as estimation, requirements management, project planning, tracking.
Ability to coach & guide client’s hands-on on how to implement quality processes.
Good inter-personal skills.
8-10 year of prior hands-on Project Management experience in a similar position.

Good understanding of configuration management [CM] concepts, both from an implementation perspective as well as from model (CMMi, ITIL) perspective.
Good working experience with a CM tool such as PVCS (preferred).
Ability to create CM plans, define CM-related metrics, goals and objectives.
Ability to train others on CM concepts, tools and procedures.
4-6 years of prior hands-on CM experience

Senior management professionals, who are able to conceptualize/create/define, plan and lead large programs & portfolios.
Very good leadership & communication skills
Ability to work with senior management
12 –15 years of total experience of which at least 3 years in a program management position managing a portfolio exceeding $2 million.

Senior technical architects with experience in architecting large-scale enterprise it systems.
Ability to define or create organization/division level architecture guidance and standards.
Provide mentoring to junior application architects.
Provide direction to customer director-level executives on enterprise information architecture issues.
Specializations desired [Testing, Content management & portal architectures, Security, Data management, Simulation (specially plant floor and auto manufacturing simulations), Networking]
10-12 years, of which at least 1 year in a senior enterprise architect position.

A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance or related field or equivalent experience;
Demonstrated experience programming with HTML, XML, JSP, EJB, JavaScript, Java, Graphic Design Tools (Macromedia Dream Weaver), IBM WebSphere Application Server and development tools (WSAD)
In-depth knowledge and experience with Object-Oriented development of J2EE applications, Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, Unix (Solaris); Experience with Financial Messaging packages strongly desired;
Ability to independently maintain assigned systems and to develop and install systems of moderate size/complexity;
Fully competent to provide technical guidance to other systems analysts and applications programmers;
Demonstrated planning, organization skills, ability to function in a team, deal effectively with staff at all levels, and contribute towards a common goal;
Experience in program and system documentation is strongly desired;
Ability to assess client’s information needs based on a strong customer orientation and proven Ability to deal with staff calmly in a high-pressure market environment;
Ability to prioritize workload and balance conflicting demands and willingness to work extended hours in support of time-critical projects;
Ability to work in a team environment to support other technical staff as needed.
